Roasted in the onsite call because of my Manager

As told in the earlier post that I was looped into a large opportunity and the most frustrating part was that my manger will also be working along with me. Soon after the kick-off call for the large opportunity, I was about to take a quick break and without leaving a minute break my manager called me up and was listing some 5 different talks to be completed in 2 mins. I was like, is my manager out of his mind, as all the activities that my manger was detailing can wait and there were other important activities to be completed before my end of the day. However, with no options left for me, I had to work on all the tasks listed down by my manner and had no time left to work on the actual tasks listed down by on-site leaders. As the day ended, we had hands session with the on-site team to take over the activities left over by our team. The call started and for first few mins we were detailing on the plan for the opportunity. Later, when my manger started to detail the activities completed during our offshore time, the on-site lead got furious and was blasting us for working on unnecessary items and wanted to complete only the activities listed by them. New roadmap and plan shared by Onsite team

Post previous day early morning discussions with the onsite team, myself and the delivery lead was busy for the entire day addressing multiple review comments shared and in the meantime, we were also connecting with different teams to get their suggestions and approaches. After completing all the task list shared by the onsite team, I have shared the updated version to them for their review and updates. We were hopeful that the onsite team would make some changes to the document as suggested by the leadership team and we would have minimal work to be completed from offshore. However, we joined the next days call and within few minutes the onsite team was notifying that there was change in plan from the client and we would have to revamp our entire solution and approach. We were shell shocked and had no other option but to listen to those discussions and finally before end of the call, I notified to the onsite that we would work on revised plan shared today and post these changes, if there are any further updates to be made the onsite team had to take ownership and complete it further. The onsite team was also acknowledging the fact that there were multiple suggestions shared by client and they were completely fine in taking ownership of the document. Most frustrating week with lot of work load

After acknowledging the new work from the old team with tight deadlines, I got update from the current opportunity delivery team that this opportunity to closed within next one week. To add more fuel to fire, the day they are planning to close this opportunity is the same day where I was planning to take off from work and spend some quality time with my family. In meantime, I conveyed to this new opportunity delivery team that I got looped into earlier opportunity that I was working on and it would get over in next few days, so my support for this opportunity would be limited. The new opportunity delivery team were very kind enough to accept the fact that I would not be available only for next few days and would again support in later stage. However, this irritating team has looped me into the calls and updates, without even checking with me as a courtesy whether my bandwidth is available or if I am working on another opportunity. Like I said, as a probationary ADEN (for 2-3 yrs after training), you generally won't get car, but depending on your jurisdiction and the Sr. DEN (Senior Divisional Engineer, JAG officer) you are reporting to, you may be given car also.
But after being promoted as DEN after 2-3 years you will definitely have car.
